Recruiting on social media? It’s time – read this! – Christine Adderson

Recruiting on social media? It’s time – read this!

If you are currently recruiting for your business on social media, and not getting the results you’d hoped for…I just want to let you know that was me too.

There wasn’t a day that went by where I didn’t cry my heart out…

I sat there day by day with my head stuffed in the computer…

…my head heavy, weighted so heavy because I didn’t feel like being anymore.

I was not my usual life-filled person, instead i was paraplegic and I couldn’t do anything for myself, including run my business.

But the absolute worst part was when I’d sob and ask my husband, “Is this going to get better?”

Poor guy consoled me the best he could, he felt my pain and wanted to give me hope… when deep down he really didn’t know himself.

Was my body going to get better, was my networking business going to get better, it didn’t seem so.

Then one day, I read something and it meant a lot to me.

I eagerly read more and I read more and I read more…

and I clicked!

That was the click that changed my life…

The most awesome thing is that now my husband helps me with my business, he actually wants to quit his work and work with me, together.

And, along the way, I just hit the top 4 in my company!

Now, I’m about to show you a way that will get the best prospects to reach out to you. Instead of what most network marketers do, which is turn people off with cheesy posts.

But first let me show you some of those critically ineffective and cheesy posts that are zipping around on social media right now:

  •  Warning on SoftBank 2010  Putting a link to join your opportunity in the first private message to a stranger
  • Warning on SoftBank 2010   Posting links to your opportunity or website in the comments section of other people’s social media posts or continuously posting images and videos about your “amazing” product or company
  •  Warning on SoftBank 2010  You always have a hidden agenda or purpose behind conversations.  Everyone on social media is your prospect and you work towards informing during any interactions online.

Social media users are frustrated with these posts and it’s giving really lousy results.

And, probably if it continues more and more accounts are going to get permanently shut down.

There is a better way, much better, that will get you the results that you are looking for, just like the 6 and 7 figure earners you hear about…

So let’s join the 6 and 7 figure earners and apply powerful proven and safe strategies, and not risk getting your account shut down. Click here to download your free video training.

Here’s Where You Start, If You Want To Go BIG

         #1 Use A Fan Page

Most networkers today are taught marginal online prospecting strategies done on their personal profile page.  They end up wasting SO much time!

The truth is…

You can use your personal profile page but you  can also use a Fan Page for your business purposes.

The main reason why you would want to do this is because you can only use the very powerful ad service if you have a Fan Page!

I’ll let you in on a key secret that the top influencers, earners and gurus in networking are not telling you, but they are all doing it themselves…hmmm?

They all use a Fan Page!

You’re going to want to make it look professional, ’cause that’s important for many reasons, which I’ll mention later.  If you need inspiration, check out those top earners’ pages, like I did when I created mine…

So now, go ahead!  Create YOUR Fan Page…when you’re done you’ll be ready to start talking to tons of prospects who are looking for your products and opportunity!

How I Get Tons Of People Asking Me About What I Do

         #2 Brand Yourself

There is only one of you, you are unique.  Nobody else is like you so you have no competition with anyone else!

In every single post, text, image, video, message you post on your brand new Fan Page you have the intention of building your brand.

Here are some examples that you may relate to:

  •  For a Health & Wellness business post about fitness or eating well – not about your products
  • For a Skin Care business post about skin conditions or healthy skin – not about your products
  • For a Travel business post about cool destinations or travel tips – not about your service

Do you get the idea?

If you post about your products or company all the time, nobody will contact you.

Whereas, if you post like my examples above, and then wait until THEY CONTACT YOU, it is much easier to introduce your opportunity.

You have your Fan Page, you know how to post without spamming, now you need to build your followers who know, like, trust and respect you.

Building A Business Is Not About Copy And Pasting Generic Messages On Messenger

         #3  Build Your Following

In other words…

  • 1Love and care first
  • 2Become a person of value
  • 3Be someone who is uniquely positioned to help someone with their problems
  • 4Become respected by those you are helping

If you are just starting out in networking the best way to build your following is to use advertising options.  Take the 4 points above to create your personal message that others will resonate with.

Here’s an example…advertise to “stay at home” moms in USA who would like to have more time with their children, rather than running around to meet people for their biz opp.

…or advertise to 35 to 65 year olds who are scared about not having enough money in retirement and need planning advice.

…or advertise to young people who have acne problems and need a solution.

I also recommend video, because this is uniquely you and is what is getting the most exposure right now.

This will keep new people constantly feeding into your new Fan Page – building your following.

Your Next Steps To Get Prospects Reaching Out To You, Just Like The Pros Do

  • 1Use a Fan Page – stop spamming, harassing, and irritating people on your personal profile page.  Instead create a Fan Page just for you.
  • 2Brand Yourself – begin to explore posting valuable content about your interest, not your products or company.  Wait for them to contact you.
  • 3Venture into advertising to build those followers who know, like trust, and respect you

Here’s what will happen next…

  • 1After you present them with your solution, which are your products or business opportunity, you will have new recruits lined up!
  • 2Teach your team mates to do just what you did to get powerful duplication!

This is how you recruit on social media…like the professionals.  The potential is limitless for you and your networking business.  You just need to apply the strategies I have outlined for you in this blog.

Hello Rick, it’s super easy. Just go to Once you’re on, click the green “Create a Page” button in the upper right. Then select which category your business is: Local business or place, Company, Organization or Institution, Brand or Product, Artist, Brand or Public Figure, Entertainment, Cause or Community. I hope that helps.
